(1) check whether the installation of PV modules is loose, and tighten the pressure block.

(2) Check whether the PV module is well sealed and whether the back outgoing line is well sealed.

(3) Check whether the connection between PV modules and PV modules, PV modules and cables is firm, and whether the insulation wrapping is reliable.

(4) Check whether the photovoltaic module glass is cracked, whether the back plate is complete, whether there is a package, whether the cell color is consistent, and whether there is any obvious change.

(5) Replace the PV module with communication channel bubbles at the edge of the module or between any circuits.

(6) Replace the PV module whose junction box is deformed or burned and the terminal cannot be well connected.

(7) Replace the PV module that is deformed and cannot be well fixed with the support.

(8) Replace the burnt plug.

(9) Re paste the warning signs and nameplates of the dropped PV modules.

(10) For severely damaged PV modules, such as broken glass, scorched backplane, obvious color change, mesh crack, EVA delamination, weld strip crack, silica gel bubble, etc., they shall be replaced. The replaced modules shall have the same specification parameters.

(11) Under the condition that the solar radiation intensity is basically the same, measure the input current of each PV module string connected to the same combiner box, and the deviation shall not exceed 6%. If the deviation is too large, disconnect the PV module string with large deviation, and inspect and replace each PV module in turn.

(12) Under the condition that the solar radiation intensity is basically the same, measure the open circuit voltage of each PV module string connected to the same combiner box, and the deviation shall not exceed 5%. If the deviation is too large, disconnect the PV module string with large deviation, and check and replace each PV module in turn.
